This website was created by members of the Relief Society of the Washington, DC Stake of the LDS church. The Relief Society is the oldest and largest women’s organization in the world. See "What Is the Relief Society?" for more information.

The purpose of this website is to assist the Church’s local leaders and members as they seek out and help those in need. This website provides information regarding welfare resources available in the Washington Metropolitan area as well as instructional guidance on identifying and addressing needs. This website is not intended to provide legal or medical advice nor is it intended as advertising or solicitation. This is not an official website of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
